50 talent tech market leaders & challengers shortlisted in 13 award categories

TALiNT Partners has announced finalists for the 2023 TIARA Talent Tech Star Awards, which shine a spotlight on the full spectrum of HR and Recruitment technology solutions for employers, recruiters, candidates and contractors.

Winners will be revealed at a black-tie dinner at the Montcalm, Marble Arch, London on Thursday 29th June.

Alex Evans, TALiNT Partners MD commented: “The 50 finalists shortlisted in 13 TIARA Talent Tech Star Awards categories this year represent the sector’s highest potential start-ups, fast growing scale-ups and top performing talent tech giants – collectively employing 11,861 people and generating total sales of £3,275,565,397 in 2022. As the pace of digital transformation in HR and Recruitment has intensified, we have not only seen the accelerated adoption of talent tech but providers helping employers and recruiters to maximise their solutions, achieve a greater ROI, and accelerate the evolution of talent acquisition and management.”

“The TIARAs are distinguished by the rigour of its judging process and the quality of its judging panel, making them a powerful endorsement to impress clients, investors or employees,” he added. “A wide range of Talent Tech solutions have been assessed through five key metrics to recognise their value and impact – from innovation, client service and business growth to purpose and the foundations for future success.”

Finalist entries will now be scored by an independent panel of expert judges drawn from HR, Recruitment, Investment and Procurement to identify the winners in each award category. Senior industry figures from organisations including LinkedIn, ManpowerGroup, and NatWest Group will also convene to debate and choose the overall Champion of Champions.

“Each year, our impressive TIARA shortlist recognises those championing transformation in different parts of the talent ecosystem and shows the impact of talent tech on everything from candidate experience to onboarding and workforce management to productivity and inclusion,” said Ken Brotherston, CEO of TALiNT Partners.

“Our TIARA judges are looking for innovation with impact, visionary leadership and customer-centric solutions delivered by purpose-led cultures. This is our most impressive shortlist to date, showcasing a spectrum of scaling challengers and innovating industry giants, so we look forward to celebrating with all the finalists at our black-tie ceremony on 29th June.”
