The Lifetime Achievement Award was awarded to Sue Marks, Founder of Cielo

On June 8, TALiNT Partners announced the winners of the 2023 TIARA Talent Solutions Awards US at a spectacular gala dinner at the beautiful Georgia Aquarium, attended by CEO’s, Marketing Directors, and senior leaders of the nation’s top RPO, MSP talent solutions providers. Guests weren’t limited to people however, as the large fish tank created a beautiful and original backdrop to the Awards proceedings!

“Having previously delivered these awards virtually, it was fantastic to see so many different organizations come together in person to showcase the ever-growing range of finalists, which is a clear demonstration of the health and vitality of the talent solutions sector” said Ray Culver, Country Manager Americas, TALiNT Partners.

The TIARA Talent Solutions Awards US 2023 campaign was supported by headline sponsor Cornerstone and awards sponsors Beeline, Dasro, IMCS Group, Omni Inclusive, Scoutlogic, TalentNet and TekWissen.

Sevenstep were crowned the overall winner and received the Talent Solutions Provider of the Year Award, having also picked up The Scoutlogic Client Service Award and The Best Talent Solutions Firm To Work For award.

The awards evening also saw the presentation of a very special award – The Lifetime Achievement Award, which was presented to Sue Marks, Founder of Cielo Talent. “Sue has incredible strategic vision, and, from the very beginning, she understood how important technology would be in delivering a scalable service to her clients. Approaches that we take for granted now were game changing back then – especially using deep analysis to create a solutions-based, systemic approach to driving better outcomes for her clients and candidates” said Ken Brotherston, Chief Executive, TALiNT Partners.

TALiNT Partners has added two new categories to the mix including the Cornerstone Best Use of Technology Award

TALiNT Partners has announced that the TIARA Talent Solutions Awards are now open for entries.

Celebrating the best RPO, MSP and Talent Solutions providers in the US, the TIARAs set a new standard of excellence for the RPO/MSP and Talent Solution sector’s crowning achievements.

Ken Brotherston, Chief Executive of TALiNT Partners said: “The TIARA Talent Solutions Awards have established themselves as the pre-eminent recognition campaign in the sector and are a perfect platform to showcase the best work the sector has to offer. This year we have decided the time is right to have an in-person Awards ceremony and we look forward to welcoming guests to the stunning Georgia Aquarium in Atlanta GA on June 8   for what’s sure to be a memorable night. Last year’s winners included Airswift, Allegis Global Solutions, AMS, BPS, Resource Solutions and Sevenstep. (View the 2022 winners here).

There are 10 categories to enter including two new categories: The Talent Solutions Innovation of the Year Award and The Early Careers Initiative.

TALiNT Partners’ TIARA award campaigns are synonymous for the quality, rigour and independence brought by the judging panel of industry experts and Talent Leaders and all finalists receive detailed, confidential feedback from the judging panel.

The closing date for entries is Friday March 24 and you can enter here.

Most entries are likely to relate to work for specific clients, if you have a particular initiative that is not client specific but still meets the criteria for the award then this is still eligible for entry.

The shortlist of finalists will be announced on April 5 and the winners will be crowned at an in-person awards ceremony and gala dinner on June 8, after the Talent Solutions Conference which is taking place during the day.

Participation at the conference is complimentary for all the awards finalists.

AMS was crowned the overall winner and received the Talent Solutions Provider of the Year Award

The winners of the 2022 TIARA Talent Solutions Awards US were revealed in a virtual ceremony attended by over 125 CEOs, Marketing Directors and senior leaders of the US’s leading RPO and MSP companies.

Following the success of the launch of TALiNT Partners’ Talent Solutions Awards US last year, they were delighted that this year they have an even wider array of finalists, with the quality and quantity of the entries clearly demonstrating the demand for a robust awards program that recognizes the unique dynamics of the largest recruitment outsourcing market in the world.

2022 has been another incredible year for the talent solutions sector. As the globe emerged from the COVID-19 pandemic, the challenges faced by clients continued to multiply. Looking ahead, recruiting and talent challenges will continue to be more complex, business critical and urgent than ever and the capability of talent solutions providers to help an ever-growing number of clients has never been more needed.

AMS was crowned the overall winner and received the Talent Solutions Provider of the Year Award, having also picked up the Cornerstone Best Use of Technology Award and the Best Talent Attraction Strategy Award. Judges praised AMS for “delivering consistently where it mattered most”.

TALiNT Partners has announced finalists for the 2022 Talent Solutions Awards US, which spotlight MSP, RPO and Talent Solutions providers delivering excellence in recruitment and talent acquisition across the US.

Winners will also be profiled in a special TIARA Awards supplement published with TALiNT International.

Celebrating the best RPO, MSP and Talent Solutions providers in US, the TIARAs set a new standard of excellence for the RPO/MSP and Talent Solution sector’s crowning achievements.

New for this year is the Environmental, Social and Governance Award, highlighting the importance that ESG programs have in differentiating organisations and creating a positive impact both internally and for clients.

Entrants join campaign to recognise exemplary growth, innovation and leadership and as well as the recognition you will receive should you win an award, all finalists receive detailed, confidential feedback from our judging panel.

All of TALiNT Partners’ TIARA award campaigns are synonymous for the quality, rigour and independence brought by our judging panel of industry experts and Talent Leaders.

The closing date for entries is Friday 11th March and you can enter here.

The fee is $300 per entry which must be paid by the entry deadline to be put forward for the shortlist.

Most entries are likely to relate to work for specific clients, if you have a particular initiative that is not client specific but still meets the criteria for the award then this is still eligible for entry.

Finalists will be announced on Friday 25th March and the winners will be revealed at the Awards Ceremony on 9th June. Given the current restrictions, a decision will be made regarding a virtual awards ceremony in due course.
