TALiNT Partners & AMS invite APAC Talent Acquisition leaders to their first roundtable of the year

Join TALiNT Partners & AMS for their first Virtual Roundtable of year for APAC Talent Acquisition Leaders! We will be discussing all things workforce planning & talent acquisition in a challenging APAC market.

With rising demand for tech talent across India, 21% year on year growth in e-recruitment in Malaysia, or new roles arising from the acceleration of AI and digitalization in Singapore, hiring across the region is showing little signs of slowing, despite economic challenges and highly reported rightsizing.

The world is looking to the APAC region to fulfil skill gaps in a talent scarce global market. This is fuelling pressure on TA leaders to increase productivity and pre-empt skill requirement. Feedback says that this is limiting ability to plan and challenging sourcing strategies for talent acquisition teams.

On the 22nd March TALiNT Partners, global experts in talent acquisition insight and analysis, will be hosting a virtual roundtable, in partnership with APAC talent solutions experts AMS, exclusively for senior talent acquisition leaders. Through hosted peer discussion and expert insight we will explore how TA leaders can:

  • help their organizations to shape clearer demand plans which can adapt and respond to changes in the market.
  • partner with their business leaders to navigate a complex market to attain the right skills when they most need them.

This event promises dynamic and insightful commentary on debate on workforce planning and talent acquisition in a challenging market.

When: March 22, 2023 – 08:00 IST/10:30 SGT, HKT

Venue: Zoom
